Vendor Application Form

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2nd Annual Pilot Point Oktoberfest, which will be held September 28, 2024 on the Historic Pilot Point Square!

Vendor payments can be paid electronically after approval of submission. For electronic payments, once your application is approved, you will receive instructions to complete payment via Square. An invoice can also be requested by emailing pilotpointneighborhoodevents@gmail.com. 

Vendor Fees


Non-Food Vendor no electric (includes cottage bakers) - $100
Non-Food Vendor with Electric - $150
Food Vendor no electric (includes Health Permit) - $150
Food Vendor with Electric (includes Health Permit) - $200
Non-Profit (submission of non-profit status required) - $60

10x10 space or space for trailer. Trailer must be approved prior to the festival, and may be subject to additional fee. Spaces with electricity are limited.

FOOD VENDORS


The Denton County Health Department will be inspecting booths for compliance of food vendor regulations. A temporary health permit must be obtained from Denton County Health Department the morning of the festival. All food vendors must pass the health inspection.

We are not accepting multi-level marketing vendors.In consideration of accepting this application for booth space, the undersigned hereby elects to and does release the Pilot Point Neighborhood Events, City of Pilot Point, Pilot Point Main Street, State of Texas and all the respective officers, agents and employees from any and all claims, demands, rights or causes of action of whatsoever kind or nature which the undersigned has ever had or may now have or may hereafter have, whether now known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising from or by reason of or any way connected with, any injuries, losses, damages, or the results thereof, which heretofore has been or hereafter may be sustained by the undersigned as a result or in connection with or arising out of the undersigned’s participation in Pilot Point Oktoberfest.

I, the undersigned, have read and retained a copy of the vendor regulations posted to this form and have agreed to the stated terms and conditions, including the above release, and understand all terms stated within. I execute this release voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance and understand that violation of any rules may result in denial of participation in future years.
