Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2nd Annual Pilot Point Oktoberfest, which will be held September 28, 2024 on the Historic Pilot Point Square!
Vendor payments can be paid electronically after approval of submission. For electronic payments, once your application is approved, you will receive instructions to complete payment via Square. An invoice can also be requested by emailing pilotpointneighborhoodevents@gmail.com.
Vendor Fees
Non-Food Vendor no electric (includes cottage bakers) - $100
Non-Food Vendor with Electric - $150
Food Vendor no electric (includes Health Permit) - $150
Food Vendor with Electric (includes Health Permit) - $200
Non-Profit (submission of non-profit status required) - $60
10x10 space or space for trailer. Trailer must be approved prior to the festival, and may be subject to additional fee. Spaces with electricity are limited.
FOOD VENDORS
The Denton County Health Department will be inspecting booths for compliance of food vendor regulations. A temporary health permit must be obtained from Denton County Health Department the morning of the festival. All food vendors must pass the health inspection.
